Thank you state of Washington, where it is not required to have insurance on a motorcycle! So I live right over the river, in Oregon, no big deal. It gets me out of trouble.

I had a 98 Superhawk, bought new for $6200. Had it for 2-1/2 years and put 20,000 miles on it. 8 point buck ran out in front of me and totaled the bike. Insurance company (state farm) gave me 6500 for it. I have whats left of the left fairing and a nice 8pt rack in the garage. Best thing is that I walked away from hitting a deer at 60mph and I was the first one at work to get a deer during bow season, lol.

That was October 2nd, 2001, bought a r/b 954 April of 02.

I totalled my first bike, but it was the bitches fault that hit me. I paid $3600 for the bike. Insurance gave me $6k. I went out and bought a new bike. :D
