Anybody stunt a Honda CBR 600 RR?
Re: Anybody stunt a Honda CBR 600 RR?
I talked to a few people and they rock theirs up. They say its the only way since it sticks to the ground like glue...I also heard that endos are easily rolled and doing a highchair is almost impossible...All this comming from a few guys I talked to

Well I have a stock 600rr except that its naked. But it does have stock gearing. Bp is really hard for me to stay at but I can go in and out of it easily. This bike wheelies just Fine. I can get it up in 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th all without the clutch. I can clutch 1st all day second with a full tank sitdown takes a bounce and clutch havn't tried sitdown in 3rd yet. The brakes on the bike are superb so stoppies or easy I can roll mine out about 50ft. But highchairs are not impossible, in fact they are very easy. I ride about 7grand in first and slip sum clutch and it comes up reall good. I can even do power whellies in first with me sitting on the tank. And yes this is all with stock gearing. Just gotta give it lots of throttle, basically full throttle until it starts to come up.

I was wondering when I would see some posts like this. I thought it was just us...but I think this bike sucks for stunting. My boy just turned to this over his 929, now he will not give up tryin, but I really plan to soon tell him.....give it up. The bike is really just made for the racetrack....

My boy is 12'n it, but the set-up is kind of off. He just looks cramped up on it. I guess maybe some rear sets could fix it, and also when you put the bar on...that thing is arched up to some xtreme degrees man...
We put a one off HMF exhaust on it and that think sounds unreal. Anyone need exhaust holla....our Custom shop sells them. Costs a little more for something that's one off or pre cut for stunting, buy HMF Engineenering makes a sick can.

Aint nothing wrong with the bike I ride with a guy (B-Wright from CASHVILLE) and he's -1 +3.You name it he's doing it on that bike, the kid is sick wit it!We just left a show in Knoxville,TN where he amazed everybody with the $h!t he was pulling off on the 600RR.So it not the bike it's practice.

I read the the engine in the 600rr was actually placed more forward than the F4 and other hondas. This makes for a higher and harder to find bp. forget stunting on it....buy the bitch some knee pucks.

For the gauge cluster I used the best fastner ever invented for a stunter, zip ties, I was going to make a bracket but the zip ties are hardly noticeable.
The weight is farther forward and bp isn't harder to find, but because the bp is so high some people (me included) have a harder time keeping it at bp or bast bp, definatly not sumthing to learn on but it is good for stunting, and I'm using it to learn on so it can be done. I do notice it seems to wobble from side to side when near or at bp doing slow wheelies. Oh and this this is a stoppie machine.
