Any One Else Out There Ride With One Eye?

I LOST MY LEFT EYE IN A FIGHT 2001,STARTED RIDING 3/02,IT'S OK HATE THE BLIND SPOT THOUGH.PEOPLE TELL ME I SHOULD STOP RIDING. I WAS JUST WONDERING IF OTHER PEOPLE RIDE WITH 1 EYE.

I haven't seen anyone with one eye ride, and have no prob with it, but I have seen somebody ride with one leg before. It was pretty f#@king cool!!

I have both eyes, but I definately have to ride and use my "Good eye," if you know what I mean!!

It was his right leg and he had another hand lever set up for the rear brake. Dude could ride too!!!

I have one eye also. Detached retina back in 2000. I still ride and the people that I ride with are cool with it. They know not to ride in my blind spot.

When riding with new people I always let them know the deal too.

I've never had a problem with only having one eye so I think you should really keep on riding just be extra careful while you're doing it.

My buddy is basically blind in one eye and he is hard to keep up with! I was always amazed how fast he was with one eye he also never posed a danger when we rode together. Also he has 20 years experience on a motorcycle so I am sure this helps!

just want to write to give everyoneMADD PROPS for riding with some sort of disability and overcoming the odds. you are some bad *** mothers in my book. keep riding because you can always tell a litte about someones character by the way they overcome thes type of obsticals.

1 bad eye

its been at least 16 years since i had my retina reattached.not until recently have i seen an improvement with my right eye,the difference is so great that only when my left eye is closed will my brain process anything out of myright eye.anyway i never let it effect my riding i think it actually keeps me more alert of whats going on around me.i think you should keep on riding
