at all?? Right from lift-off to scrape, and ride it a good distance. Just throtle control and body position, no rear brake.

 

How do ya think people scrape seatstanders/spreaders/highchairs, etc?

 

thats how i learned. only had to replace 3 subframes. (tee hee hee)

Learn that brake real good before you ever set it back, just from launching it up to the tail/12bar you cant be guranteed that everytime you do this you will be rollin centered enough to set it back without crashin, and if it does hit you prob gonna break stuff. it takes a little time to learn the rear brake but do it, when u get that then you can 12 anytime you please.

 

I've got this medical condition called Racer's Foot . Because of all the years of riding, my toes perminantly point out a bit, and my heel up. I don't think my right foot even know where the rear brake is and them wheelies have been gettin' higher and higher. Glad to hear it's normal though

dont need a handbrake, they r stupid in my opinion, but thats just me...

big sprockets help but not needed either..

throttle control onto bar, pull clutch in, let rpms drop, then let clutch it, it will grip and come back out...

My boy Squirrel is scrapin high chair with no hand-brake, so you dont NEED the hand-brake...

similiar to what cbo said...handbrake is like making other things easier, when people just dont have the ballz to do it without....

i also dont agree with huge sprockets, i have a 10 up on my f4i, i hate having it that big....
i scraped over bar with 1 down 5 up, which i was going about 40 in first, to make sure it came backdown....
the 10 makes me at least b able to come down to like 25 or so so bike will come back down...


just an opinion, people are entitled to them, and mine is dont like handbrakes, bottomline, u do and thats fine...

just to get into the drama alittle, and by no means am i hating on anyone so don't take it that way! just adding a point of view no one has brought up. ask yourself alittle question. who exactly are you trying to impress while not using a handbrake, who exactly are you trying to entertain? because i know that most people that buy videos and most people that go to shows/events can't tell the difference between a highchair park with a handbrake or a highchair park with a huge sprocket/no handbrake. nor for that fact do they care. but i guarantee that if someone busts out a highchair circle they're going to be impressed. i'm not hating on anyone that doesn't like handbrakes, i myself will probably never have one, but sit back and ask yourself, am i doing it for me? a bunch of internet stunners? or the fans?
