Re: Anyone 12'n without using rear brake?

i'm 12in stanups without touching the rear brake. I see why people are saying a hand brake is "cheating" i don't like them but its just like everything else in this game people didn't like engine cages at first people didn't like the first twelve bar when they saw it it just takes time for everyone including me to come around

Re: Anyone 12'n without using rear brake?

Big sprockets work...I just found out for sure. Got me a "personal size pizza sprocket (+5)" and unintentionaly 12'd a highchair in 3rd. Rolled off quick and and smashed my calfs on the front end, hurts like a motherfkr. Got a little high for me, especially since I began trying highchairs just this week. I like the idea of thumb brakes but in this case, with my feet past my shoulders and my *** sliding of the tank, I don't think I would have thought of using a thumb break, if a I had one.

The easy way is to use a motorcycle. Do your stunts in mid air like David Blayne.

Re: Anyone 12'n without using rear brake?

I think that anybody can do with or without it. If you think your not gonna wreck your **** cuz you have mad throttle skillz then more power to you.

But if you wanna watch your back by using a handbrake and expand your trick book then more power to you.

I wonder if anyone would complain if somebody built a device that kept a rider from front flipping stoppies?

I know i wouldn't

Would that be cheating?

It's already been done....but it really doesn't keep you from flipping over....just like a 12 bar you still can go over......

I wanna say it was Crazy Dan or Patrick Stephens but I'm not positive

word, i know about those but i mean something that controls the weight of the bike from beyond the balance point of a stoppie going bad.

For example: Your busting a high *** stoppie hauling butt and when you get to that point were you went to far over, there would be this weight transfer device that would lower your rear tire without flipping over. :YEAH

i know patrick stephens has that half circular cage he puts on his dirtbike so he can flip an endo and do a front flip and land back on his tires again.

looks like fun.

Whether you use a handbrake or not, anybody scraping highchairs or tankwheelies is tight work. Besides the public crowd dont know and probably dont care if you are using a HANDBRAKE or not.
