Currently a few of us are trying to put together a "LARGE" bike group for the Mass and surrounding areas. Hopefully you guys will feel the same that we have many riders and no real Clubs that are making any noise. So I have been doing a little research and have found that we (New England) are way behind other States and Cities. Probably because of our weather!!! and other reasons, But let me say that if organized and run properly a Bike club can be a fun and rewarding organization to be a member of. These are some of the inital ideas that I have been kicking around please feel free to comment on ..
1. Members will pay dues monthly.
Amount will be based on number of members(not in excess of $10.00- Will be used strictly for members of the club
2. Sponsor and host events monthly (Even non-Season)
3. Provide services to members
Wholesale parts for bikes
Money towards trips to events
Emergency funds
And other things of good taste and value
