head tube angle??? what the hell are you talking about?? the frame head and rake and trail dimentions?? if you are than yes, they are Identical, and if you found a 954 frame im gonna kick you in the head.

well, there is a somewhat simple solution. pick up a bike magazine that did a review on 929 and one that did one on 954. they post all that rake/trail in them when they review them. i think cyclemag does that. i think the 54 is designed to be more twitchy for sharper steering. i think that means more rake, not sure....but i know it's more twitchy than a 929...

The 954 tank slap more becose this thing on my drawing is more thinner that 929. You can change it to a stronger one and the problem should be fixed.

That's the steering stem, dont think it would have much to do with tankslappers, I believe it's twitchy because it's a little lighter in the front end and the body positioning is diffrent, also might have to do with the 954 frame stiffer than the 929, most of the wieght that was lost on the 954 came from the motor, swingarm and rims.
