Re: rear pegs solid?

You could open up the peg and wrap the mount in electrical or duct tape that would make it hard for the peg to move but it would still fold under a hard impact

Re: rear pegs solid?

i rock mine stock.....i've had a peg stabbed into my lower back and it wasn't fun.

i've never had a peg fold on me either. Just don't stand up into the bike when youa re wheelying....lean back and put some forward (towards the front of the bike) pressure on it and it won't fold. coasters, slow stuff, highway stuff....all that junk, just lean back some, no problems on pegs.

Re: rear pegs solid?

I use a bunch of wraps of electrical tape on mine. It will fold enough to not break anything when it falls.

Solid pegs are bad news if they hit you. Just get used to it moving a little. Before you know it you'll be moving your foot on the fly and never sweat it.
