Re: 929 standups

stand your left leg on the left passenger peg, get your bike to 5k rpms, clutch it to 8k rpms and BAM standup. very easy to do on a 929.

Re: 929 standups

its alot easiser to put the left leg on the passenger peg, but you can learn both ways. also sorry to add right foot on the brake.

Re: 929 standups

all you have to do is stand up in 2nd gear at about 5000 or6000 rpms when the motor is twitchy push down on the bars when the shocks are coming back up gust role on the throttel (thats with both feet on the front pegs )_ its easy it sould take you a few trys and you will get it

Not a good idea. I learned with both feet on the front pegs and gradually went to the back pegs.

Re: 929 standups

how long have you been riding? How long have you had the bike? Can you do sit-downs?

Also:
With your left leg back the bike will come up a bit quicker, so be easy with the gas and/or the clutch.
