OK I'm going to end this.
I just got off the phone with on e of the L12 boys. He swore to me that the day they where there they came in and it was trashed.
I regret making false assumption about things i didn't witness. I guess i will never know for sure who excatly did it. Hell maybe the track went over the top with its explaination.
But i hope that from now on everybody respects all riding spots , wether their legit or not. Fighting won't help this sport grow . Understanding and trust will.

Re: Distrubing News From Lakeland
Hello all, I am the track manager for Lakeland Motorsports Park and I would like to address the situation and the future use of the track to all stunt riders.
At the present moment in time, the track is closed to all stunt riding practice until we can figure out how to regain control of things happening out here. I have read every post on here and I read 1 post saying that there is not a person out here for release forms. I am here 6-7 days a week from 10am to 3pm every week day, so there is someone here to get a release form from, plus we have given release forms to the local riders also for you to sign that are here just about every week.
I have been discussing with Roy Spiker, owner of the track, and we have determined that there will be set days that we will open the track to the stunters along with a $5 entry fee to run out here. This $5 entry fee will pay the person at the front gate that will sit out here and make sure that every person that come through the gate, whether it is a local or out of towner.
As for who was out here the day in question, makes no difference. There have been other times that people have been out here and "trashed" the track, riding and stunting where they are not supposed to be, running through and not stoping at the front gate during scheduled events going on, {even had one rider tell me after he and about 8 other bikes, ran the front gate, that I was going to "**** alot of stunters off" for not letting them in during a schedule event here without paying, and then said they wouldn't come back and would tell other riders to not come back after I asked them to either pay for the event or leave, when they were using our facilities for FREE}, and not leaving when they were told {sometimes hours in advance} to be off the track due to our normal drag racing programs we run here. So this last incident was the proverbial "straw" that broke the camel's back.
Jimmy from Redline has been in communication with Roy and I from day 1 trying to get things straightened out for all you stunters to continue riding at our facility, so make sure you thank him for his efforts because we were at the point of ending your practice out here for good. He is the one that directed me to your forum here.
Now we need to know what 2 days will be good for you all to practice here. We are planning on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am-5pm. There will not be an open track here to practice, except for those 2 days.
I will post on this message board our final decision of when and what times we will have our facilities open for you to practice. Please make sure you respect all rules and "police your own" so that you may have the privilege to use our facilities in the future

We all know there needs to be some enforced rules that the riders need to follow and for the sake of keeping Lakeland as a practice location I think I can say there isn't a local rider that wouldn't agree to do there part to help keep things in line.
I hope this gets resolved quickly. $5/person to get in is a great start as well as making it impossible for people to "get in" even when the gate is closed.
I can tell you or Roy has been talking to Jimmy about all this because of the days you are listing as possible open practice days. Those 2 days might work for Jimmy and a few others but what about the other 2 dozen people that work during the week and only have the weekends to ride? Do you want to get $5 a head for the few that might show up cause they are off on a Wednesday or $5 a head for the dozen, or maybe 2 dozen or more that will show up on a Saturday/Sunday? Even if the track isn't open all day because of evening racings or closed on a day from time to time due to scheduled events, More people are going to be able to use the facility on the weekends than on a weekday. Hell, do a Wednesday, Sat. Sun. if you gotta, but cutting out the weekends make no sence to us.
Thanks for your time, hope we can help you out to make this a win/win situation for all.

Re: Distrubing News From Lakeland
The Wednesday and Friday dates were suggested by Roy, but like I said, nothing is scheduled right now and that is why I am here right now to get your opinions. Mike and Chris, sorry I didnt include you 2 in my first post about communicating with Roy and I, but to be honest, I kind of forgot your names
