Good Trade???

Some guy wants to trade me his xr50 and $3700.00 for my 2002 f4i. My f4i has fairing damage but other than that is in good condition. Is this a good trade???

i'm sellin my f4i too and if someone offered that to me i'd jump it. and my f4i has very little damage (just some little scratches)
