OK alot of you said the F4i.....I know honda has top notch reliability and for that reason is a good choice....but

Is honda the most stable with the best balance point???

Is it more forgiving ?

any input is appreciated!!!

no such thing as "best balance point" balance point is a myth, ther is no perfect, no better, no worse.

deffinatly a Honda fan all out, ride a F3, only ridden my friends F4i a couple times, I like my other buddies gixxer 6 and 750, comes up fast. I just dont like fuel injected bikes, seem too twitchy

dude the f4i takes a pretty good beating but not as good as the f3. there is no perfect balance point it all depends on your mass/speed/technique

Damn! So many red riders in here. Imma represent Suzuki though. The gixxer has great torque, great BP, and a steering damper to boot. You can get em cheap, parts are cheap, unlike hondas. The only thing I think the F4i 's have over the gixxer are the brakes, gixxer brakes are gah-bage. Oh, and the F4i is more comfortable too, except the seat sucks. I dunno, I have ridden jsut about everything on the market, since I work at a bike shop. I am used to my gixxer and that's what I base my judgements on. If I had an F4i, I'd probably be singing a different tune. But no matter what, if you buy a true sport 600, not a kan-o-tuna, or SV, but a real 4 banger, you will find that they all stunt good. It's all about the rider.

sorry about my double take earlier, didnt think the first one posted, but i totally agree with battlehatch. The gixxer is a great bike, tons of torque, comes up real quick. I love riding my buddies, but not comfortable enough for me to ride every day

Just curious. What makes the F4 & F4i so good for stunting? All i've rode is Gixxers for so long. I may change over if you guys can prove they are worthy. Thanks.

f4i, fuel injection, good brakes, parts.

f4, cheaper parts.

i'd get probably an f2 or f3 over an f4 though.....cause the f4 is going to cost about the same as the f4i nad you don't get the fuel injection. might as well go for fuel injection if you are spending cash.

oh ya, both are built like tanks too, run good for a long time (minus maybe the cam chain tensioner, seems to be the only thing that goes bad)

True 2x's.

I have the F4 and wish I would of waited a year to get the F4i. I didn't stunt back then so I didn't know better, I knew to get a Honda though!

Oh yeah I have a CCT on the way too, .

There is no balance point, eh? You ever ride a katana? All the bikes have different cg's, different engine configs, and different weight placement, that all affects where the bike sits when it's up on one. Ride an R1, you see that the BP is WAY up there. feels that way too. Katana's are crap for wheelies because they are tanks and the engine's way forward. Balance points ARE real, it's the female orgasm, now that's the myth...

And if there is no balance point then how the hell do you guys bust no hander wheelies?
