520 better then 530 for stunting? also gearing question

right now my bike uses 530,

93 katana 600.

I am going to get new front/rear sprocket and chain.

so How do i go about converting it to 520? just purchase 520 stuff?

Also i am going to cage this bike and put a 12 bar on it and just use to to trash on.

What would be some good gearing for slow stuff, like parking lot stuff.

the max speed limit on the hiway that is in my town is 55. and most of it is 45. so I wont be doing any hispeed stuff. I just want low speed stuff.
