So I was like @ the dealer with my buddy, he was getting a clutch basket for his gixxer 750, and was totally bored... and then I noticed they were playing 50 NUTS on their TV. I let boredom get the best of me and moments later I was clearing the deal to get an '04!!

It was kinda fun squeezin' it into the back seat of my Civic!! All I have to say is, that thing ROCKS! My buddy and I managed to loop it twice in the first 10 mins after we got it home though, but thing just purs like a champ and keeps running!

I'm outs right now to get the handbar/spring kits for it!! Ill post pics when I get it all rigged up tonight!

What's the difference between the crf50 and xr50?

How come no one rocks the xr80s with the clutch?

 

I thought bout buying da 80 but found out you can get a clutch and 4th gear added to the fiddy... plus there are TONS of after market things available for it! When I went to the store to get the handlebar kit today, the sales guy says he dumped over 8G's on his.. but its bored out, has a real shock system, exhaust, fork springs.. etc.

I just bought it to help my 12's and brake/throttle control. I highly recommend!

 

The difference in the XR50 and CRF50 is almost none. New plastics/decals and thats about it.

As for the name, Honda renamed the XR line of MotoX bikes to CRF for 2004.
