Dirtbike bar conversion ??
yo, heard my name.
i put clamps on my 750. they are sweet. all i had to do was line up the clamps and bar (before drilling) and get the best position. marked them and hit the drill press. good to go. as far as the cables are concerned. i just re-routed all my cables to the tank side of the bar instead ot the fairing side. brake lines were more tricky though. i left them stock and unbolted the clamps holding the lines. cheap fix. dont suggest it though. my lines were too short and like binder said, when you wheelie the forks open all the way up and lock the front wheel. so when you land it sounds like the wheels of jet. parts has goodrich s.s. lines that you can get in any length. i'll send some pics soon.

...And thought $2000 for a crunchy 98 cbr900rr was a sweet deal!
