the cameros in CA ONLY DO 165!! period. the bikes do 120. i grew up with a very high ranked CHP. the helicopters do around 140. so if you have a 750 or bigger, know that you have a faster vehicle. if you choose to run thats your desicion. im just tellin you whats up with the cops vehicles. i have asked a ton of cops & the bmw sales rep how fast the new cop bikes go and EVERYONE told me 120.

the same top end STOCK! The LS6 is the same as an LS1 but with better heads and an LS6 intake. The cops have the LS1 Z28's that do approx. 160mph. They are not magic cars but they are fast top end. I will argue head to head with anyone on F-body cars.

I'm sorry man, but the LS1 f-bods will top out higher than just 157 mph. My car easily buried the needle at 165mph + bro (even stock). LS1 > LT1

Gotta love f-bodies tho,

Thumbs up

Oh and one more thing, the LS6 has a different block that the LS1 too, it's not just different heads & intake.

The trick is to keep an eye out. Spot them first and if you F***ing around, assume that they are going to chase. IF you get the jump on them, you will allways get away. That is unless the have air support.

Common misconception...bikes are more fun to corner, not faster. Cars under/oversteer...bikes flip and wad if they overcook it. Car and Driver did a big article on this a few years ago (or 8). GSX-R vs mercedes up winding mountain. Merc had to keep slowing down to not run over the GSX-R. And then ther's the gravel that you didn't know about...

If they have air support go to the airport where the birds can't follow. Change your appearance and stash the bike for a while.

one of the MC mags did a comparison about a year 1/2 ago between a 2003 gsxr1000 and a 2003 corvette. I think it was even a calloway model corvette. Kevin schwanz drove both since he has race experience in both cars and bikes.

the gixxer won.
