since I now have more important things to deal with this weekend, namely "isabel"

I am not going to texas

In my absense I have authorized Mr. Kyle Woods and Mr. Thew Blankstrom to slap themselves and then slap everyone else on the list

If the intended slapping victims choose not to get slapped by either, then agents woods and blankstrom have authorization to execute "Slap Off I.O.U.s" to be perferomed at a later date, namely Biketoberfest
