yeah, i tried w/ my foot on the rear peg. coudn't control it enough for a no hander. Foot in the bar is the way to go.

 

I do em' sittin down but if ou wanna do them standin up you will have to be Foot-in-Bar. I'm -03/+15

like everyone said, do em with your foot in the bar. i'm still -1/+2 and it really works you harder to do em without re-gearing
