KLX110 Oil problem due to wheelies

So I have a 2017 KLX 110L, recently it has been struggling to idle. I've cleaned carb completely, changed air filters and done other minor tweaks like changing the idle. I've came to the conclusion that the bike is probably not getting enough oil to the top end because it rides fine, only sometimes but as soon as I life a wheelie up then it will bog out and die. After all, the bike probably has just as much seat time if not more with the bike vertical as to horizontal... I've seen similar problems with groms but they have made a mod for it to prevent these things from happening and I was wondering if there is a solution or a mod alike the grom mod that is out that I have not found yet. Let me know what you think because I am sure you know more than me. Thanks!

Edit: could also be a potential problem with the fuel considering it is bogging, but not sure what the solution or exact issue would be with that maybe flooded carb?

I had something similar, I was looking for a problem for a long time, it turned out to be in a low-quality fuel filter
