All the threads I have seen on this are 4+ years old. The shift shoes are discontinued. Dont wanna rock skate shoes.......low sided enough drifts smashing my ankles.

 

I personally always wear boots that are comfortable enough and don't look too stupid.

I recently purchased the GAERNE ADVENTURE boots. If you get the Black ones they will look just like shoes (pants/jeans easily go over it).

They fit both supermoto and supersport style I would say.

If you are looking for "short Boots" I am sure that Alpinestars does something pretty decent.
