that is a heavy bike and doesnt have as good suspention as the R1. And since the R1 is newer u will be able to get more parts for it,good luck.

Yeah its a 5 speed only for sure. My bud has one, definitely alot BIGGER, SLOWER and HEAVIER than the R1.
It'll come up in first no problem. The oil light comes on real quick when its up in the air.
Not sure if it is the perfect stunting bike but give it a go man !!
Cheers

Wheelieboy,
What do you suggest I get?

600's are to small all together. I can't fit them. It looks like I'm on a 80cc dirt bike than is beefed up with plastics with my knees all high and stuff. I was considering getting a 750 gixxer but the dealership guy was saying that for me it wouldn't do me much good in power (strong but wouldn't move a 265lbs guy like something larger would. And they are pretty much the same size and that they haven't changed them in like 10 yrs besides color shemes. I found this one thinking yeah it may be a little heavier but the power would compensate for it.....About the oil light thing, something to think about. That would mess things up.
GSXR 1000s are just to damn expensive still.....

I have narrowed it down big time with these.....
900RR (hear of oil pump probs, and are still pretty high in dollas)

929RR (parts hard to find and expensive when you do)

GSXR 750 ( size of bike more of an issue with me fitting on it,I may have to say F it though)

ZX 9R (I hear of folks stuntin' them but not many)

R1 ( it has plent of power to come up but many say it takes alot of skill to stunt, and are expensive but have found some prospects)

That's pretty much my window of options..........

I hate to tell ya, but most 600's are exactly the same size as there bigger brothers.. Some 600's are even heavier than the bigger models.

Buddy go with the gixxer 750 or the 900rr.
If the gixxer is year 2000 or better it will have plenty of power to stunt. Throw in a few sprocket changes and you will have a awesome stunt bike. I am 6'1 and 275lbs and I can wheelie my buddies GSXR750 all day long !!
There is no need to say anything about the 900rr....if you can get one buy it. !!
Stay away from the yamaha man, its to big !!!
Cheers

u said it- I am 6'4 250lb. the 750 has pleanty of sack, RRs are the shizzle. If u get the old yamaha u will be sick of it in a couple of months. take the hit on ur wallet and get a bike u will be happy with.

Yup...the Gixxer 600 (Is what I have) and it's actually a little bigger than my guys 750, it sits almost 1 1/2 higher.

Stock for stock all the newer style gixxers are the same in size, just bigger engines, and the 600 has a different swing arm and non-inverted forks. If you can fit on a 1000 you can fit on a 600 or 750 fine...
900RR's are just a little bigger bike but they are in width maintly, but the pegs are a bit lower than a gixxer and the bars are a little closer and higher than a gixxer, I have a 02' 750 & a 99 900RR.
The ninja 600's from 02 and down arent bad bikes and they are larger than the new 600 bikes.
R1 is a bit smaller than a 750 or a 900 so you might feel a little difference in an R1 but they are great bikes as well, just have a narrower balance point.

Nice. So thanks for al the comments. I have now narrowed it down to GSXR 750 (2000 and above, probably salvaged) and the CBR 900RR..........

How come nobody ever comments on the ZX-9R. From what I hear a few folks stunt them. Is it that they are kinda, and tend to break down after abuse?

Man, you guys give me info I can't get no where else!
