yo guys, whats up, couldnt find an answer to my question in search.. dumb question i kno, but just thought id get it outta my head before i go waste a day failing cuz my peg wont keep my foot planted.. here it is

i have a 04 cbr600rr if i go 12 staggerd will my passenger peg(s) fold

are you talking about 12 oclock???

 

here are you saying you slip off your front peg when trying to do stand-ups?

 

no i am asking if i hit the 12 o'clock bar while standing on one or both of the stock back pegs will they fold down? (do not have subframe or non folding pegs yet) my feet arent slipping either
i suppose ill just go out and hit the bar for first time and see what happens

no you should be alright...theres a lot of ppl who stunt with all stock parts on thier bike most dont cuz the stuff breaks easy but it shouldnt fold up on ya

 

We use to/Still Stunt on Full Factory Bikes... No hand Brakes,Sprockets,
cages, etc etc...

You'll be fine...

if you're still paranoid about the pegs, I've seen guys wrap a hose clamp around the knuckle where the peg bolts to the bracket, to keep them out.

my peg folds in once i get high enough. i just deal with it. im thinking if you crash with stun pegs ull fucck your **** up

 

so damn near everyone runs with subcages with stunt pegs for no reason?? dont you think if it would **** up anything ppl would keep buying them....they buy them cuz they hold up better in crashes and are a lot more stable
