indoor stunt facility

i have been thinking lately about trying to build an indoor stunt place on some property i have in southwest virginia in a town called bristol where im moving back to. my question is do you guys think that this would even work in terms of people showing up for winter riding for the purpose of paying electric bills and turning a profit cause i have to be able to prove a profit could be made for the inverstor to go ahead with the idea? i figured we could do day passes and week passes and month and year passes or something like that also i fiugred if i did the the indoor thing i would also go ahead and just build a huge outdoor parking lot on the same property so when its nice there would be a much bigger area for more riders as oppossed to the indoor one. also i had discussed if we could get enough attention starting off with smaller competetions and if it works out start building onto the property and holding more comps with prizes as the years go on of course. well just a thought as of right now trying to get input to see if we could make this happen

Re: indoor stunt facility

everything has been discussed on this site lol

anyways i would say that wouldnt work to well
first off w virginia aint really a happening place
also i dont think people will pay really during the summer when you can find a free spot
i think the only way you could get really get people interested if it was dirt cheap cause people dont wanna travel in the winter years and if you dont go you dont wanna waste money , but then you wont really make money cause u wont have enough people who wanna spend the money to just maybe go
i could go on and on
but realistically the idea is nice but not really to make money on
if you had a spare already built place that you opened your doors to whoever you would spark interest
just my

Re: indoor stunt facility

If you were to do an indoor spot I would say, Very good ventilation is the key, becuase being a former parking lot attendant the only thing i can say is that those fumes F**k you up.

Re: indoor stunt facility

You should make it have something besides stunting. Like an extreme sport complex. Have a skatepark and a parking lot for stunters. Maybe dont charge for stunting but have a vending area, have contest both stuntin,g bmx, skateboard. Maybe a pro shop that sells bike parts, bmx, skate and also works on em at spot. Sell shirts ect. You could hit 3 markets in 1 spot. So if not many stunters come weekly maybe skateboards and bmx guys will. Have arcade game and all that bull. Make money from every angle. .

I think your problem would be insurance.
