Parts for K5 are cheaper

subframes can break.( there are options out there)

Most k1 to 5 parts fit which helps.
Do not fear the inter net bull ****

ive had 3 2006 gsxr 600's that were all stunted....payin off a 4th one right now lol i couldnt tell ya why i love them but ya its just my 2 cents

I rocked 2 05 gsxrs and now I have finally bumped up to the 07. I loved my 05 but the 07 just has such a smoother feel, lighter to throw around, and the parts from impaktech are STOUT on the 06 07's cause that's what he rides.
