Run the hose to the 2 lines i unplug from the airbox and cap the vaccum line with a screw. leave the T piece open where I unplugged the vaccum line. O, and cap the holes in the airbox. ****, i thought i had it. Now i just confused myself. great responses.... i was actually just pricing new exhaust myself for my 05 636. and thanks for the tips on the servo. when i bought my bike i asked the guy why the fi light was on and he said some guy was playing with something under the seat to give it more power and not to worry about it. i take it he unpluged the servo and that's why the fi light is on? im going to do the kleen air mod tomorrow after work and while im in there ill hook the servo back up. that'll eliminate my fi light and get me some more torque? and i would really like a louder exhaust, so thats why i was looking but you all say stock is the way to go? its soooo big and unclean looking though. wtf.

Yes it will make the FI light go away. The FI will come on when the servo is unhooked. And from what they say the servo helps give you more pull on the low end when it's more closed and more top end when it's wide open.

what i used to do to make em look a little better is take a grinder and cut the bracket off the underneath and grind it smooth. than get some krylon bbq grill paint and paint it black, makes it look pretty nice.

Re: What exhaust would u run?

so i just took my seat off to hook my servo back up.... and it looks like it already is hooked up. but, the cables that physically move the flap are gone. so would that still make my fi light come on?
