Check it i know alot of people have done it and i searched but couldnt find anything so i made another 636 fan fit on my radiator and just made some aluminum tabs and jb welded it to the radiator....im not sure how well it works yet i have to go get some radiator fluid but my **** has been running really hot and its a brand new radiator it will run normally at 235 and that HOT!!!! and it used to run at 215 or so in the lot....dont know what to do so i did this. like i said not sure how it works but im gonna run one to a switch and the other stock like it is normally.

My track buddies do the same thing on their 05-06's. I sold my 06 cuz I couldn't keep it from overheating. hope it works out for you. BTW don't use water wetter if you can help it. For some reason I don't think the 05-06 radiator likes it AT ALL. regular coolant keeps the bike at a better temp, even if it's still high.

Re: Okay well my **** has been overheating all the time and here is my solution

break off the JB and clean up the radiator. see if you can take it to a radiator shop to have your tabs welded on.

I JB welded tabs onto my broken headlight a few years back, it didnt hold very long... the stuff isnt all that strong.
