1995 zx9 is it a good stunt bike?

im stuntin a 2005 zx636r gut i can buy a 1995 zx900 for 1500$ for a backup dose anyone on here stunt one? do u have to chang your oil pickup?

and a buddy of mine had a mid 90's zx6 cuz he got it for cheep and was starting out. they are really heavy and dont seem to be as reliable.

plus your gonna have to go with custom parts there isnt too many ppl makin parts for that bike

id like another 636 but i live on pei thers not a whole lota cheap bikes around. dosnt mater if i gota make my own parts i made a 12 bar 4 my 636 gonna make a cage soon just gonna buy frame sliders and start welding to them make a cage similer to fi im tryin to learn circles i can do them on a dirtbike 636 needs cage b4 i atempt them zx900 might be good incase i break somthin no down time that way

its a big bike, plus its carbed so its gonna have a way differant feel... idk jus my

If i were you id jus tuck the money away for parts for the 636 in case you need them later

yeah i would do the same, carbed bikes choke out after ur up for a while and die on ya while doing circles, those old bikes really arnt worth the money to stunt

look around and pick up some POS f4i to learn on then go to a 636 when your done flopping

yah man, even if you have to drive to maine or somthing hold out for a cheap F4i......1,500 is wayyyy to much for that bike to stunt it, just hold off and you will thank yourself later

yea maby a parts bike would b a better idea i might be able to get one off a buddy of mine who just wrote his off i might get an f4i but iv been runin a 636 for over 4 years now. iv been tryin to sell my plastics 4 a few months if i get rid of them ill put the cash towards another 636 maby an f4i, has anyone ever put a 636 front end on a f4i?

A 05-06 636 would be alright i would not put 03-04 on one though..

i like the feel of the brakes on the 636 wene doin stopies. i ajusted the forks so its alittle softer and has less rebound if i got a f4i id want 2005-2006 636 frontend on it
