That is what my SSB says idk about yours though.

Maybe YOUR the one taking everything out of context
sorry I dont have it sitting by my side....apperently you do. Thanks for verifying though. I just looked through it. I was close though He still says hes being outvoted when he shouldn't.

Anyway, thats gotta be taken outta context. So he would really bash the people that won? I dont think so

he doesnt mean out voted on who wins he means out voted on decisions about the event

Near the front they have BUBASH. I thought that was kinda neat. Hes sponsured I guess. You would think if they are gonna take him in they wouldnt' have had that article like that in the back....just saying

Thanks for the clarification OMR....

And i didnt have it sitting in front of me untill i decided i should quote it exactly to better get my point across.

No hard feelings?

And i do believe they flamed it pretty hard....They did the same with Brandy in the last issue i think it was. As JC says SSB is for custom bikes, not a stunter mag so i expected more bad talk from them then they give.

They made it sound like hes bashing on whos winning. I mean im just reading what that magazine has in print then they put in their own words "THESE ARE BOLD WORDS coming from COLBERT" making it sound like hes bashing them....thats just how I read it man im sure others are reading it like that also

Re: no matter what u say, SL is dying.

yea, did see that bubash was sponsored, thats a good thing. Wish more mags would cover Stunt riding on multiple levels, not just the big comps.

Another funny thing about SSB, u guys ever notice they ALWAYS have gear reviews, and its just a list of available items in a certain category. They dont say anything bad about em, and theyre so busy tryin to be clever they end up not even hardly talkin about the helmet, or glove itself. Its like WTF did u just review that for?? Thanx for the thumbnail size picture of it. lol

NOPE no hard feelings. glad you clarified it because they didn't!!! thats also why I posted it to see if it was true or not and what was going on. I just didn't wanna get bashed for something I just read.

I dont know why they would knock it like that especially in the same issue when they are supporting BUBASH

Yea, I wasnt bashing you i was just saying that you as well as others probably took it out of context. I didnt see that they were bashing the sport to much.

Re: no matter what u say, SL is dying.

stuntwars has been going down hill the last few events and todds wife posted up on sr that todd realy doesnt have any say over the direction stuntwars is going in because he isnt the one making the decisions any more and he kind of just washed his hands of the whole thing

I have alot of WHY questions

Why is it going downhill?

Why did Todd step down in the decision making? He would seem like the right person to know what to do

Was this years StuntWars really as bad as they portray it in SSB?

All i know is that E-Brake is on the COME UP!

Re: no matter what u say, SL is dying.

This year i dont see any post about it and I dont see anything until I see SSB then I go online and Google Stuntwars.

he didnt step down he has partners that out vote him and as far this years stuntwars yes i heard from people that were there competeing that it was that bad and there were hardly any spectators and hardly any riders , there was 110 or 120 riders at the last event they had at the round track last year and the grandstands were overflowing ,not so much this year ...

i stopped going when they stopped having longest stoppie

why didn't the usual riders show up? Do they not agree with whats going on either? I remember reading something about not letting peoples crews into the pits and no 50's allowed. im sure theres more to it than just that alone.

Also remember that kid that posted that video on here saying he got choked out? LOl He probably did some other stuff that of course wasn't filmed but then again he did get choked out by a guy that weight 100lbs+ more than him. He was walking away and bouncer just choked him out LOL You know the kid was a ******* but still, how are you just gonna do that to someone whos walking away?

Re: no matter what u say, SL is dying.

All I read was the first post

If you want 'coverage' then look to magazines (aka stuntride) or read up on the venues web sites, if a venue doesn't have a web site, then they need to quit living in 95 and get a ******* web site, cause even I had a web site when I was ******* 11 years old.

I rarely see you post here, so obviously you don't see the helpful posts. I personally see a lot of useful discussion, as well as dish out a little of my own advice here and there.

Sure I'm not a professional on the professional level. I'm just another rider at some random lot no one gives a **** about. But people don't go to dirt bike forums to hear advice from the professionals. Just like the same people don't go to skateboard forums to hear tony hawk give them advice. Stunt riding forums are the ONLY place I've seen people diss a forum since pro's decide to move to another forum.
You don't hear from people riding ANYTHING in the xgames on forums, you hear from people riding in some random place that no one gives a **** about.

If stunt riding does continue to grow like it has the last few years, another 10 years, there WONT BE PRO'S ON ANY FORUMS!
