I like SL more than SR cuz SR's menu system is kinda poop. THe way it gives u the run around to get to general discussion, and the colors suck *****. although i think some said u can change em, ill have to try it. anyway point is there is no more event coverage on here, as far as upcoming events, current, or even past events. No more useful posts for the most part, covering any type of knowlege that could be useful. All this site is now is regurgitated same 5 or 6 different thread topics, over and over and over and over... Every thread is a pissing match between cage companies, mostly resulting in the atown dudes actin hella childish. It got so bad SICK INNOVATIONS seems like they dont even come on here any more. OMR is hardly around. Seems like SL has become the elementary/middle school under one roof combo, and SR is the big leagues.

SL needs something that it can genreate money and attract more people. And guess what **** is not that.

So people here should come up with some thing that is benificial for all. Here are few ideas.

Since most threads are now about cages, bars and HB. Somone should put up magazine 1 in 2months or so, it could be Atown doing coverage either going over all places or just getting feedback from his cousterms with pics and tricks to give good info of his product and other product. he can generate money out of this.

Now there could be magazine STRICTLY about stunt parts only. with peoples input who actually use them with pics

And the STUNT magazine just like on SR.

The SL should open online Video store. this will get more poeple here and test new products.

.......................... Now you can add more ideas. and probably hit up SL admins to do something about it.

 

i was a member here a few years ago, and i have to admit it was way more fun back then! but the game changed and stunting got a lot easier and so peoples egos started soaring and then came the birth of drama starters...who is better than who, who sux, which crew is better... i guess its all fun in the end but some clowns take it 2 heart

 

i dont think stunting got easier, its progression of a sport. People learn from people. 5 years ago the guy doin O's didnt have ten friends to learn it from. Now you can watch a hundo diff videos to learn from. Any ways im getn off topic, but yeah I believe it is just sport progression, probably the same in any sport where the learning curve keeps increasing cuz there are more people, info to learn from. But drama and ego's i hear ya...

my point is i check this site cuz ridin is my life, but its just garbage. I just went over to SR, for prabably the fourth or fifth time ever, there is SOOOOOOOO many interesting threads there. Bike builds, event coverage. this site is dominated by the same few asshats in every thread.

 

Stunting got easier???UMMMMM it didn't get easier,the speeds may have gotten slower, but the tricks are way more technical,and people were forced to step it up or Quit.and if your logic is based on the magical HB,it's not that a HB made it easier,it just made it a lil safer,all sports evolve, and the equipment we use must evolve also if a sport is goin to stay exciting and survive.

 

i would love to do stuff like this but getting it all set up is a difrent story. hell i cant even get stickers made when i want let alone a mag or part documentary of sorts.for now ill stick to giving out sales so the poor people can get some nice parts for a good price. plus im thinking of raffles or some thing like that

Yup,it certainly does,but its the risk we all take to feed our hunger for a good rush and self accomplishment.if it wasn't so dangerous it wouldn't be as fun or exciting.

 

i find ways to make it dangerous.. lol. almost cut my damn fingers off today, and i mean almost... I was stallin off a semi trailer, just bein goofy, burp clutch and stall, burp n go 3 inches, stall, kept doin it, bike finally turned and went under the ****** semi, just skimmed my knuckles on the semi underside. very close on a very dumb messin around trick... lol.

fads come and go. stuntlife is old stuntride is new. i still prefer stuntlife because its more user friendly. i come here mostly cuz if i have a question or concern someone else is bound to have posted the same issue or fix. honestly this thread just sounds like another monthly promo to switch to stuntfad so they can be ninja masters. looking forward to next months ad.
