Master went bad or forks went bad or neck barings are loos that all I can thank of with out knowing more.

05-06 forks for sale $100 plus shipping, one side fender tabs are broke off.

R1 forks are an easy conversion. Just gotta bore out the bottom yoke a bit.

you are looking at two sets of broken 03 04 forks and you wanna no where to get spacers
