F4i
Re: F4i
i think you should sell the f4i and get a gsxr 1000 and then you will have enouph power that you wont need to gear it, and a ton of engine brake so you can seat stander w/o a hand break too....every one should ride a 1000! but i hear they are so heavy that if you drop it over you have to just leave it there and get another one cause no one can pick one up off the ground.... thats just what i was told tho..there is a thread about it if u use the SEARCH button. i drop mine alot so i have to stick w/ a little baby 600, one day tho when i grow up............ its on im gettin a gixxer 1000 fo sho!!! but im gonna put a 10 front and 74 on the rear and a powers cage and dirt bars that clip on, im also gonna get a stunt aid sub cage for ralph louies, hey since 1000 are soooo heavey should i run like 100lbs in the rear? or is 5lbs still good? oh one mor thing.....i cant decide...street fighter or full fairing???

Re: F4i
of course, IMO, if you are able to ride slow HC's you should also be able to do idle wheelies or hold them steady
Riding the clutch too much will burn it out real fast. I even made mine slip BAD at 16k miles on my bike learning burnouts, from holding my bike close to rev limiter while also holding the clutch halfway in... But after it started slipping (so bad I couldn't even BEING to wheelie in 1st at ANY speed, and would slip instantly in 6th when going 55mph and hitting the throttle) I just rode normal without getting on it at ALL for about 50-100 miles for like 2 weeks, and it quit slipping lol
Now over 40k on my clutch still hooks up great, and when I "drag race" someone, I launch at around 10-12k rpm, slipping my clutch for the first 0-40mph or so lol

Re: F4i
as long as you aren't slipping the clutch too much, or trying to ride SLOW hc's you shouldn't have a problem

WTF made you order a 70tooth for "you're first F4i" then you come here asking about gearing advice for ur second one?? I was trying to explain this thread to my old lady,,I said,, "it's like ordering a new louis vuitton purse and not even knowing what it is babe" she said "o get it",,,
Re: F4i
