Honestly, I dont know what the spring rate is on the spring. But I'll do a spring rate test next time im at my shop.. Plus anything is better then nothing.. Yes Slideways does make money off the cages, cause he sells them for 235 and you sell them to him at a discounted rate. That's how retail works. lol. You might not be writing him a paycheck but thankfully money is going into his pocket. When tube steal is bent, most of the time it stays bent and you create a weak spot in it. Thus, making it weaker in that joint. You're not working with a super high grade tube steel here man.. iM NOT SAYING YOU USE SHITTY STEEL, but were not talking some military quality stuff you're using..
And for the weight issue... I guess Twite is fucked cause his 636 frames are made of steel??? Im not real concerned about a 5-10 lb weight difference in cages. lol. But if you want, I'll get them weighed and see what the difference is.. I installed an atown cage on a local guys bike.. And it seemed close to the tygershark... I felt them 2 months apart.. So i can't say for sure..lol

dude you are high shane does not by cages off me and sell them (What planet are you on) the only cages he has bought are 2 636 cages and 1 f4i cage and that is what he was trading for the 636 if that is what you are referring to. As for the cages again the cage you speek of takes impact on the slider only which is not good. my cages hit mid point first and distribute the impact between 3 points not just the slider. as for weight difference again wrong i took the cage you seek of off a 636 at my shop and it was alot heavier. but like you said weight is not an issue for me as well cause its a stunt bike but you do get some people that will cry about it.As for tube and round bar again if you brace the tube at the bend points it wont bend thus wont break. I personaly like the cage you speek of and would rock one myself once i did some needed mods to it plus drop the price a whole lot.

thats why i try to watch my Ps and Qs when posting so id doesnt reflect neg. on IMPAKTECHand i understand opinions on OTHER cage companys but when you state your opinion,it just looks like downtalk to promote ATOWN...might not be reality but thats how it looks from the outside looking in

ya,i feel ya..but you are looked at as a representative for atown cuz you promote and help sell cages and everything you post,regaurdless of if its related to atown products or not,reflects directly on atownthats why i try to watch my ps and qs when posting so id doesnt reflect neg. On impaktechand i understand opinions on other cage companys but when you state your opinion,it just looks like downtalk to promote atown...might not be reality but thats how it looks from the outside looking in

thats why i try to watch my Ps and Qs when posting so id doesnt reflect neg. on IMPAKTECHand i understand opinions on OTHER cage companys but when you state your opinion,it just looks like downtalk to promote ATOWN...might not be reality but thats how it looks from the outside looking in i like two brand cages and those would be the only two i would buy tygershark, sick, 905, FI, all suck in their own way and like i said if i was to buy a cage at full retail price (if i had to) i would either choose ATOWN or IMPAKTECH thats about it.....i like the impaktech but i have never tried one i like son's work its all good exspecially the 636 cage i love that red one.... but i know i should watch what happens also mine my p's and q's you speak of
