reckless op! options

last night a off duty cop was following me for a few miles and seen a few stunts and radioed other cops to block the road and i figured i didnt have anything to worry about cuz they didnt see anything so i stopped and they told me he was behind me the whole time and saw everything i was just wondering if there was anything i could come up with in court since he was off duty at the time he saw it if his testimony would hold up in court. anyone else have anything like this happen to them. by the way i did a tank wheelie right past a cop going the 0other direction and he didnt do anything while the off duty was behind me and i metioned that and he said he would have his badge for not pulling me over lol. FTP 4 LYFE COPS LIE

Take a 50/50 chance....

Just Plead "No Contest" and see what the Juge decides. It has gotten me out of some pretty serious tickets.

yea.. you're pretty ****ed. even if he WASNT a cop they could still file reckless against you and use his testimony. the fact that he is a cop, is just going to make him that more credible. i would say, depending on what you are charged with, spend the $$ to get a good lawyer.

Sounds like another cop on a power trip!!
the **** was off duty and he still wanted to bust your *****. what a dick, you should offer to fight him and if you win he quits his job, you would be doing everybody a public service.
I am sure he is a perfect person, he probably nevery has a drink and gets behind the wheel.........right!
F...in hypocrite!

Man I hate off-duties on a power trip. Luckly for me I spotted the last one that tried that on me useing his radio and bounced on him, he didn't have lights so it wasn't running. The lic plate on my f2 is pulled up so far that the lic plate light covers the middle of my plate so he didn't get the numbers. Wish you had been as lucky, get a good lawyer.

James.

reckless opp

I pull my plate up so the angle is pretty extreem. only way to see it is to be standing right behind the bike and looking from top down. Never been stopped for it and if they do stop me.........."oh **** officer one of my dumbass buddies musta bent up my plate like that. Here let me bend it back down."

ya my plate is pulled straight up too he never saw the numbers and the other cops that came bent it down and i bent it right back up. i've ran many time on highways and backroads this was right in the city and i saw the cops in front and wasnt stunting at the time i thought they were busting my boy so i stopped to make sure they didnt hassle him too much cuz i assumed they didnt have anything on me i wont make that mistake again. i called the off duty that seen it yesterday and tried to get it dropped down so i could keep my liscense he started trippin and said i watch too much tv lol. should show him some videos i made. 95% of the cops in my town are on a power trip they think we live in La or something and its like 20,000 ppl in the town owell F*ck em
