haha I met him before, briefly, hes a ok dude, and I feel sorry that he got fucked up. But Im hating on the fact that all this could(most likely) have been avoided if he had on a helmet. Its like the people who sue mcdonald's cause the coffee was to hot,coffee is suspose to be hot! helmets protect your head! I can say with 100% conviction that a helmet has saved my life. People who dont wear them(at speeds above 20-30) are either stupid
or asking for it


this wasnt really the response's I expected,haha. So sdf & sick j, do you guys think he deserves 8 mill? I think medical bills paid would be just. I think hes trying to milk the system for all its worth

 

Yeah he was in a fenced off enclosed area where no one but riders were supposed to be at...........

I stated above that I can gaurantee his lawyer is the one that is asking for the 8 million knowing damn well they're not gonna get that much.

And helmets don't always save your life. In fact, there is a girl out here that just crashed at lower speeds in a not so difficult canyon ride. Light rash on the bike and light damage to her helmet and leather jacket. Only conclusion they could come up with is that she hit her head hard. She died at the scene.

I can't really say how much he deserves. But you gotta take in consideration he lost his home, still can't work, and medical bills are still piling up. Not to mention if he truely did lose his memory, thats something money will never buy back. If it were me, I would be asking for just as much. I aint gonna lie.

1st-doesnt seem like he was good enough to do a show.

2nd-unless ur number two and r doing 1/2 mph circles u should have on a helmet
3rd- BRAIN BUCKETS work better than nothing.....it might not have done much good in this case but in never hurts to have one on

4th- despite all that... he was in a long coma, lost his house and memory.....he deseves SOME money but mabye not 8 million.....

 

if that **** happend to me id be asking for 80 million. so yah id say give him the 8 million.

next show Im gonna speed around at unsafe speeds with no helmet or protective gear, then, god willing, a spectator or preferably a staff member will step into the riding area to retrive one of the Sacagawea 1 dollar coins I've randomly placed on the ground, then... BOOM! Once Im outta the coma its easy street for me! GENIUS!
