Did he tell you how this happened? He had this clam parked on the bar and it fell over on the left side. Probably knocked some **** loose in the bowls. I'm guessing that there is **** stuck in the low speed/pilot jet. It was running fine before that point.

Jeff we'll dig into it tomorrow. I have everything you need here at the shop to drill it out if needed.

Still running like ****, did the pilot jets, found some crap in the main jet of the #1 carb, ran fine for a few till it warmed up and it had a habit of flooding.....

Wonder if he screwed up the float level when it fell ff the 12 bar.

 

ill rip into it tomorrow and see what i find

 

Check the float level and if you want to come down early next week, I'll rig up a mercury switch and relay for your fuel pump.

take the bowl off remove the float make sure the neddle is properly set(hooked around the float arm, it's a tiny wire loop) reassamble. i knock mine off/out of place shakin it, and it would squirt gas out the top.

 

checked that ten time its all good i think i need to get insurence then burn it to the ground

 

maybe you will see something i dont

 

that main jet looks mangled up to me. it should be fine since its 4 stroke but i know on my two stroke a jet was messed up like that once and reall fd it up and wouldnt run smooth at all. my 2cts on that last picture from just looking. good luck

 

i did that after the fact but went threw and cleaned everything for the 4th time and set the float hights seems to be running right but i cant let it run for to long cuz its almost 11 at night

 

Ok, did you set the float level like I did with the #1 cylinder at the shop? I think when you dropped the thing, you might have bent the metal tab that controls the float level. If the tab is bent, no matter how well the needle sets. It's of no use if it's not being allowed to fully close due to improper adjustment.
