chicken wings and arizona green tea before, gatorade during, and either a hot dog or whatever the nearest convience store has ready for afterwards/ and also i didnt realize there were so many dope fiends up here. drugs are bad. lol

Club sandwich and water before....gatorade and a whatchmacallit during.... bbq and drinks after....
(oh one and a half loritab 7.5 before to help with previous injuries)

Subway b4 hand with a huge bottle of Water with lemon juice in it (helps with arm pump, ask the frenchies) When im done riding cook out at the crib and have a few drinks.
