Thats the way I understood it but these guys probably know better than me lol. And if thats the way it is then I'd want the higher wet boiling point so if you dont change your fluid for a minute, you'll have a little longer til it boils over and fades Is that right? Doin okay brotha, how about you

correct me if im wrong but i think the wet boiling point is when the fluid is completely saturated and u should never use completely saturated fluid

So I dont know if I was actually cooking the fluid, or if the brake fade came from the leak.....At that point it was too late, as I noticed the leak while bleeding in the new 660 fluid
So which do you want higher though - wet or dry boiling point

ill let someone else chime in coz thats what im trying to figure out. This shows that as you use your brakes more and more it boils at a lower degree so it'd make sense to me that you want the highest degree wet boiling point possible

Yeah....you're right. I'm coming from using the Bel-Ray, which has a MUCH lower boiling point than the 600.....I should just try that first....save some $ if I can.

But isnt the dry boiling point for "Fresh" new fluid thats never been heated before? So after your first ride that no longer applies since you heated up the fluid and I thought that once that occurs it boils at the wet point. **** you'd know more than me which is why Im asking

I'll let you guys know how the 660 works, but so far soo good. I did a show at a drag strip this weekend, and I did some really fast 2nd gear knee drags down the track....Got my **** so hot it started to squeak during slow stuff after that untill I let it cool, and no fade at all...
