Just got done rebuilding my bike just thought id share a some pics.

sorry the only old pics of my bikes were off a camera phone kinda shitty.

I spent about 400 bucks, using Ebay, friends parts piles and people who work for beer.

I decided I wanted to go back to full fairing after a couple crashes forced me into SF , but i tossed a hotbodies race body i snagged for cheap from a racer, me and my buddy painted it in my garage and we put it together in couple evenings, I cut like 4 inches off the windscreen becuz it hurt my knees, but other than that i have to holesaw too holes for my cage loop becuz it doesnt clear the belly pan also that tail is reinforced to **** for SS and I built up the back with resin so i can scrape and not worry about it shattering, also we put a round projector light in the front because I mostly ride the streets and wanted it to be semi-legit

where did you get the Louis canvas? I wanted to go that years ago.......

 

yeah Ive wanted to along time ago to , i found it online from a fabric vendor, what sucks though is you have to order a minimum of 5 yds. and its like 5 ft wide and its not very cheap.....i used about a yard so far and im going to completely wrap my tail with a passenger seat in LV, but I still got a ton of it, i owe the guy who painted it for me a piece for his door panel inserts, but if anybody wants a piece big enough to wrap a seat or whatever PM me

Ugh that was my kneecaps from a Mouse trapped SS..... hurt like a muthafukka Im not a bodyman and one is kinked against my tank dent nd the other my gas cap so i just left them

 

i think he means why is the front of the tank dented instead of the back......

 

oh I dont know thats just how i like it, tho I am goin to beat it in a little further back....my legs are kinda short and when Im HC I lock my knees over the windscreen... Its a bitch to clutch up that far forward since i went back to -1 +2 gearing from a 60tooth but i can get it up... I really only dented the lip around the gas door the front i just followed the seam of a dent from a crash and mirrored it to the otherside.

 

Bumpin this for Cincykillz and evilsydeegot... that size piece should be plenty?
