At my boys shop there is a 07 zx6 with 4000 miles,a 2006 z1000 with 3600 miles, and there is a couple other bikes id like to get also, but they have at the lowest 14,000 miles up to about 20,000 what should i do, so many choices. The main thing is what would yall say is too many miles? Thanks alot i think this site is so helpful!!!

a good friend of mine was doing that and he even fixed up the bike and put a paint job on it and he even kept it at that guys house, then the guy went and sold the bike right out from under him and gave him the shaft. traded it for a quad. lol and this was his "buddy" that he worked with. lol just save your money and buy another bike. sorry to hear about what happened to you, thats the lowest and worst thing to do is steal a mans horse.

Re: bike got stolen

****** thiefs I never worried much about milage on a bike, just look em all over really good, check for clean oil, full and clean coolant, leaks, cracks in frames n subframes, knocks, pings, etc. etc.,I've bought many many many bikes and thats mainly what I base a purchace on,If the bike has been kept up by the previous owners then it should last a very long time.Good luck on findin a bike. And I hope that thief gets caught,God i hate ****** people that steal ****.
