Yup - inolen said the same thing that i bring my body to close to the bike. He's seen me squid it up in person and I think he meant I pretty much do that all the time - bring my body to close to the bike. Oh and drop my bike too lol.

whens this going down? you still got the bike right? and i hear ya on the time to focus on other **** BUT you can still keep the bike and ride 1 day a week just for fun - keep it a hobby rather than a lifestyle where its all you do I went from squiddin it up 5x a week to 1-2x per week and at first I hated it and only wanted to ride but it is what it is now. Im cool with just the weekends.

 

Yeah id rather stay home and watch movies or play xbox now instead of ride. I usually just do sunday.. It's just i can't really afford to fix it and maintain it anymore plus I don't need to get hurt. Umm I need to fix my subframe first but I'm probably going to sell it first part of the summer or maybe after the 4th of July session. Plus I'm just not going to have the free time because I want to try to do full time work and full time school. Plus I could use the money to bring down debt

It's more so that I've realized i've wasted alot of time working on something is of no real benefit to me.. Yeah I know how to ride a motorcycle fairly decent and it's allowed me to meet some really cool people but I just feel I could have put alot of that time working towards a degree or computer certification. Riding is a distraction for me kinda like playing xbox.. You play and next thing you know 4hrs are gone and you didn't get anything productive done cept that's how it's been the last 2yrs for sure. Now I'm almost 33 and I'm not satisfied working for $17hr. I would like to own my own place and I'll never get there on 32k a year. **** I barely get by on 17hr lol.

 

well i look at it different i guess , the way i see it is every one needs a hobby and it's fun but like any thing you cant let it interfere with **** you need to get done ..hobbies are meant to waste time ..

 

+1 it does suck but you gotta do what you gotta do. i cant imagine not riding but the money aspect of it is what sucks for me right now. im not making money right now to be wasting it on a bike - and i drop my bike and break **** a lot good luck w whatever you do holmes

 

 

+1 I agree. If youre not riding your bike youll pick up a different hobby and most hobbies cost dough so youll still be spending money. maybe not as much though

 

Yeah you have a point I unfortunately don't have people that understand there's more important things than riding all the time. Well I just know come july I'll only have $100 spending money after bills. I can't just go out and do ss circles lol that **** is boring. I like to try stuff and that might break **** lol. Plus I really really can't afford any more medical bills. I just got really luck that one dropped $6500 and considered what I had already paid as paid in full. I still owe another $1000 to a few others.. ****'s killin me

 

+100.....even though I'm competing, now.....this is still and will always be how I see it.
