I've gone to 5 property owners asking to use their lots already and they all turned my down even if I offer them a monthly fee, I was just wondering if anyone else has tried the stunt liability waver and got better results...

 

I have had success at a church, they also have a little skate park, new school christians. Dress nicely be polite and choose your words wisely. Stunts= slow speed mortcycle manuevers. I did have a waiver also to emphasize the fact that they are in no way responsible for injuries to myself and that I'm responsible if I damage their property.

keep in mind the property owners are businessmen so you who have to be professional and they love contracts, if you present it well and show that you took the time to get a waiver/ release of liability form theirs a good chance they'll go with it. what im workin on currently is joining up with a local bike club and we're in the works in trying to rent a location with a nice lot and a small warehouse so they can have their club meetings and i get the lot. with the way the economy is right now everything is for lease its just finding the right one for the right price and getting enough people to pich in to pay for it.

hmmmm, a churchhhhhh...what about the noise?

 

it all boils down to who wants to be a dick and give you **** about it. there are loop holes in every contract. but at least the cops may slack off you a little by having written permission...
