I never have a plan I just do whatever feels good that day....if Im trying to learn something new usually just keep doing it over and over til i learn it or my **** breaks, but i see how you doin it that way you get **** on lock.

Re: Practice Routine

riding is a job when the lot comes around....

my bike is running for 1 hour only, then i'm done. usually 2 thirty minute sets of non stop riding with a 5 minute break in between.

usually 5 minutes of lazy warmup riding with some endos then depends what i need to practice. usualy 20-30 minuts of hb, 10-15 minutes of foot brake, 10 minutes of switchback, and 15-20 minutes at the end doing things that i could break my bike trying to learn.

once i have tricks i want locked, its all flow flow flow. before a comp its 3 minutes of as much mayhem as i can muster.

it is always more fun just to ride, i just have other commitments so an hour or so of riding plus 30 minutes to and from the spot plus misc time is about 3 hours a day of my time for riding...then the real riding job starts: emails, updates, phonecalls, networking, wrenching, promoting, planning, etc

Re: Practice Routine

well it worked out fine tonight..its fun this way...

i do my sets...view myself on camera..then see where im on the brake too hard or soft so i can correct it..

im just trying to come-up with something to motivate myself since im practing alone..and it get boring
especially when your fustrated cuz you aint doin circles and the whole world is...and your house in a minute away

and yeah Teach...i was doing my set and 5 minutes rest in between to critique myself..and talk myself through what i feel im doing the wrong way..and so i dont burn up my bike(tis the only one i have lol)

Armenian..when the App blows up dont forget the little people..those I-phone app have been blowing up.. could be a smack dab millioniare or thousandaire..then u could give me your 636 when u upgrade to the 2009s

Re: Practice Routine

sounds like it might make progression quicker... I'm going to remember this when I find me a place to stunt and set up my bike properly.
