Im thinking abut getting a motard im only 15 and in texas they say at the age of 15 you can ride a moped but im not going to make my self look stupied on a gay moped so i want a motard will they consider a a crf250x a moped or what?

I'd wet my pants for your 450, throw some dirt tires on it, and then I'd go kill some trails!

 

I dont know about where you live but a bike has to be 250cc or under to ride at 15 years old so you may just be ok with the 250. I would check with your local DMV before buying anything.

(other laws vary, in my state they ALSO require mopeds to not do over 35mph on flat ground, and they also can't have an external shifter)

In Missouri if your under 16 you can ONLY get a permit, and its just no riding at night or with passengers

i could ride it but it would get inpounded and i would get a lot of fines

 

welllll you can't ride anything on the street, I prove that with my 50 many many times

It just matters what a cop is going to do if you decide to stop
