Here's the first thing that popped up, same concept but on a f4i and ghetto lol https://www.stuntlife.com/forums/2-s...h-arm-mod.html
You just want to make the clutch arm longer. If there is room unfortunately on the r there's not enough room.
Re: New style clutch design - lever/perch

I even designed my clipons to fit any bikes forks (43mm, 48mm or 50mm) so you can keep em for the next bike
Re: New style clutch design - lever/perch
I'd be interested in one for sure. I was just about to order a MSR, but I may hold off so I can pick one of yours up. Any idea how long til you're selling them?
Re: New style clutch design - lever/perch
ok stronger adujstable rearsets that fit 05 636 and other bikes for 100.00
seriously there is like a hudge demand for these bitches right now...
Re: New style clutch design - lever/perch
I don't know anything about gixxers, but have you ever heard of the clutch mod? You take your case cover off, pull the clutch arm off your bike, cut it in half and stick about a 1/2" piece of steel in it, and weld it that 1/2" longer.. Makes it like your bike is factory ez pull..
On my f4i I run 1/2" longer clutch arm with a MSR ez pull, butter clutch!

Re: New style clutch design - lever/perch
I may speed things up by making it work with MSR-Moose levers most people already have.
I see no real need for the actual lever, just the perch to be billet.
Re: New style clutch design - lever/perch
Ya I have extra levers and I am sure a lot of others do to! The levers hold up great the perches just break easy and around here they don't carry levers normally just the whole thing IF they even have that in stock!
Re: New style clutch design - lever/perch
A one-peice billet lever is not very easy to make in the same shape as the MSR/Moose and Nobody wants to spend $100 for a clutch I bet.
I have a few ideas I'm trying out to cut cost and still be a pimp comfortable lever.
Re: New style clutch design - lever/perch
fyi the perch with the compression release lever is a lot more beefier and takes no extra room , just remove the extra lever presto stronger perch
Re: New style clutch design - lever/perch
I would buy a billet clutch perch on two conditions. One, it would have to be a perfect CAD mirror of the msr raptor shorty perch and not some ghetto turd that has extra pieces sticking out that would interfere with my handbrake. And two it would have to be as easy to pull as the MSR.
The MSR is weak but I rarely change those out MAYBE once every 2 years and not even that.
