Re: the best fmx ramp.
okay, thanks for all the help guys.
strictlystunt.
on that rev 1 what is the hump about roughly half way up the ramp?
and does anyone have any information on the distler fmx ramp?
if you were suggest what ramp would be best for a beginner/intermediate what would it be? (remembering that i want this ramp to last me as long as poss.) Also i don't want it to scare the sh8t out of me haha.
thanks alot.

If i was you i would find someone with a ramp, or a place that might have some to play on.
The first time i hit a steel ramp back in like 2001 i was hooked. There is nothing like it. I actually stopped racing motocross all together and just did backyard fmx after experiencing how smooth and consistent metal ramps are. fun fun fun
If your going to build one take your time and if you cant construct things very well get someone that does. Metal one will last forever. Make sure you keep in mind mobility too. The first one we made was so heavy we had to drag it back with a quad and people pushing.
