What pitch is the sprocket? If its a diferent pitch than your chain either get a new chain and front sprocket to match the new rear or send it back

Re: custom sproket

i bet it is hitting in the center of the roller about half way around the sprocket, i filed the teeth, and removed the powder coat had to send it back because the diameter/teeth was off a little. bet it looks a little like this...

i found a stretched out d.i.d. chain laying around that fit, so went to get a new d.id. didnt fit, 530 didnt fit, parts unlimited x ring 525 and 530 didnt wrap it either, so i went back filed all the teeth down and that didnt work so i sent it back and am waiting on a new one. he's a cool cat and quick to help...just sucks riding around waiting, but in my experiance...anything that gets custom made usually has hiccups so i was ready for it. just my

on another note...his GSXR subframes are the real deal ive gorilla slammed it a lot and it keeps asking for more

Re: custom sproket

the laser was out of calibration and cut a few a little off. we are having it recalibrated and that should fix the issue, if you got one that is like that just send it back and we will get you a new one sent out. thats also why it is taking a while to get some of them shipped out, want to make sure this dosent happen anymore, they will be checked before shipped. I apologize for any inconvienience.
