Call them. They don't care how bad your english is. They need to let you know what's going on. That's a lot of money to be out since December.

sorry I donīt realy understand what you mean?
I guess you mean custom fees and sales tax of your country right?

When I order something the customs keep the package and send me a letter to pick it up at their office, then I have to pay custom fees (3,5% on most parts over here) for everything worth more than 150€ and german sales tax for everything (19%) and can take the package with me.

 

i work for ups..and i wanna know why i dont see any of that money lol

mmm i will explain how did all happen cos i dont wanna give bad name to HAI.. i ordered the 7th, days passed by and i asked them about my order, they said theyd been busy these last days of december (TRICKY......) and they were about to send it.. days passing by again, then i got a mail from HAI sayin UPS brought the order back to HAI because there was a problem with my direction. A pretty stupid problem if you ask me, there were strange Â's in the middle of the numbers in my direction but if you remove those A's you can clearly see the direction. Anyway i fixed the problem and HAI said they would send the package again to UPS as soon as posible. Its been 2 weeks since that last mailing and well.. i know it can take 1 more week but i want to know wheres the package NOW, at this exactly moment thats all

 

no I meant YOU should use an alternative email address, my firend had an AOL email address and often it didnīt come through, he had the same problems with other shops.

2 weeks is nothing for an international order, maybe the customs keep your package, you should wait another 2 week before you get impatient, those customs ************* work slow.

 

He just wants to verify that they shipped it and get a tracking number. I would too. I hate waiting for stuff. I have to watch the tracking every day.

yeah a track number would be fine... one of the last times we mailed he said he would give me the tracking number in a few hours or the next day the latest, but it never happened I dont mind, really, he could forgot about that and i dont care its allright.... but now yes i would like to get that number or a confirmation that package has been sent. Im mailing to marks mail tonight its all fine.

 

I called them yesterday to ask about my upper fairing stay... They called 905 for me and called me back within 10 minutes with the answer i needed.

this is the number i have for them, maybe use Skype to call them without spending a fuckton of money?
