I know this is probably in the wrong forum but I am in daytona doing shows and my battery took a ****. If anyone has one I can borrow for the week and give back or one for sale cheap Please give me a shout. I have a brand new battery at home but couldn't fit it in the truck with me. get one at WAL-MART FOOL!!! ATOWN has one in his bike! Keep it clean and then return it.


drain the charge if you can and tell those stupid ***** at wal-mart that its a POS!!!!

i am going to take it you check for a exposed wire correct?

look for a bad ground. and also see if a wire is getting pinched. my rr died on me yesterday and i got my seat off and had a pinched wire by my tank it sucked cause i was mid SS when it happened.

i didnt put a whole lot because i figured ac would put it in a vid so i didnt want to give it all away lol..

 

yeah i found a pinched wire/exposed under the tank that ran to the plugs on the air box.. pulled it away from everything and put a fuse in and it blew again...
i went through like spare fuses then i started robing them from my truck lol..
im just going to have to go over all the wiring.. tomorrow

haha there wont be a vid from ac for a real long time if it ever comes out but i will check the vid on the hotel comps

 

yup they have many motorcycle batteries there. for cheap!

 

i would be careful about buying batteries from walmart.. some of them arent sealed and will leak all over your ****... just be sure before you but it.
