07 GSXR 600 setup?

Was looking for help with getting the Gixxer 600 set up to stunt. My buddy's bike has the cage, bar, and 56 tooth sprocket already. Is there an idle mod for this bike (and what cable works best?), clean air mod, a way to get rid of the throttle lag, or anything else that is good to help the bike out?

Thanks in advance.

only thing to do and it's free is remove the clutch switch and let it hand out of the way. It give the bike more pep and if you don't think so put the switch in a spot that you can get to and ride the bike at about 30 and push the switch in and watch what the bike does.

I have done dyno runs with it hooked to the lever and with out and more TQ with the damn thing hanging. Go ride one and try it, it only held on by one screw under the lever. you will not be laughing then

for the idle screw, if you look on the left side up in the engine, youll see the throttle cables and what not. theres a over sized bolt/****. that needs to be taken out and the idle screw cable goes there.

Re: 07 GSXR 600 setup?

ok, this is what u do:
1. remove clutch switch (u have to jump-wire it)
2. remove set valve.
3. clean air mod (just block de hose that goes from the airbox to the pair valve)
4. carefully remove the secondary throtle butterflys (by doing this u gonna have a consistant and strong idle and that thing its going to be smooth as hell.
5. get a T.R.E. (timming retard eliminator) to trick ecu in to 6 gear.

#4 is very important since thats the main cause of inconsistant and weak idle on gixxers.
