Re: DB Bars or Clip-ons?

I run flipped vortex's with the pipes all the way out to fit my honkin nissin hb master. I love the feel . But the vortex tubes are bent to about 0 degrees just from riding for a year. Ive heard the woodcraft tubes dont bend. but people say alot on here.

FF or SF it all looks good if you do it right, and keep it clean.

Re: DB Bars or Clip-ons?

i use DB bars on my 636 and 900rr, but fliped clip ons with my R6 when i'm running a HB.

i voted DB bars, since the R6 is more of a street bike and the other 2 are strickly stunt / lot bikes. i want to get better before i change things up.

I somehow never managed to bend my mx bars, and I got $26 shipped pit posse bars and ran them for 2 years! lol

But now I run clip-ons turned straight, and I love it WAY MORE!

my mxbars were too far out, made circles feel weird and ****..

But for endo's, mx bars hands down.. For wheelies/street riding, clip-ons for SURE!

my 2 cents, MX bars are for endo's, and street fighters. Clip-on's are for full fairing bikes.

I RUN DB BARS ON MY R6 BUT LIKE CLIP ONS TOO. I GOT TEO BIKES SO....ONLY THING I LIKE IS THE DB BARS SAVE UR *** IF U MOUSE TRAP. CLIP ONS UR PRETTY MUCH SURE TO GO OVER THE FRONT.. ALSO MAKES CRAWL THROUGH EASIER.

Re: DB Bars or Clip-ons?

ive tried both ways and in the end there is only one that is comfortable for you. You just have to try both and make your own assumption.

this is your actual post a year ago
vvvvvv

Personally I use db bars for comfort..

Way more comfortable and easy to control for me, feels like stunting my dirt bike

And after holding a wheelie for a good 5 miles, I'm not dieing like I used to with clip-on's
